This method consists of heating a block of the necessary material, with the weight similar to the desired piece. The temperature is raised until the metal is malleable and it is placed in a mould that our press machine takes care of giving it the precise shape. Then the machine removes the inside of the mould and the process starts again. Finally, the cutting die removes the excess metal so that the piece is left without any damage.
Stamping is one of the most used methods because it obtains an optimum structural quality, since the heating process is able to maintain the structural properties of the metal or even improve it when it is subjected to pressure inside the mould. It is designed for pieces that are going to make great efforts or are going to be subject to great pressure. It is also recommended for obtaining pieces with finishes without porosities or marks.
